Could Michael Brown Go to Jail?

While I presume a skilled attorney could save him, this does look rather like a felony.

My concern about focusing too much attention on Michael Brown, is that like Abu Grhaib, this will allow the administration to weed out the "bad apple" without addressing the systemic problem. Yes, Brown was a huge problem. His appointment, and the whole appointments to FEMA situation, did not occur spontaneously in a vacuum.

Of course, older criticisms of Brown and his political utility are being uncovered. Check out Digby.
