Four More Interesting Than Seven?

Yeah, I know all the cool kids are doing the seven, but I saw this one at Beautiful Horizons and liked it better.

Four movies you could watch over and over: Constantine, The Professional, Ronin, Fearless Freaks.

Four places you've lived: Gainesville, Pittsburgh, Rio, Iowa City.

Four TV shows you love to watch: L-Word, Emergency Vets, eh, no TV.

Four places you've been on vacation: Paris, New York, Piriopolis, Paraty.

Four websites you visit daily: BBC, Pandagon, Feministe, CNN.

Four of your favorite foods: Coconut, coffee, avocado, cheese.

Four places you'd rather be: At the beach, in the city, climbing a rock, on a 10 mile run.

Four albums you can't live without: Dark Side of the Moon - Pink Floyd, Soft Bulletin - The Flaming Lips, Live at the Roseland - Portishead, Pablo Honey - Radiohead.

Lawn boy?

More exotic than saying I mowed/trimmed lawns/gardens for years in my teens - before the allergies I developed made doing that for lots of people impossible.

And here I had a "Stacy's Mom" scenario playing in my head.

You should have let the image just ride: I had pictured you fetching Mint Juleps for the Beautiful People around the pool. Actual lawn care is much, uh, uglier.

My turn:

Four jobs you've had in your life: Day camp janitor (we prefer maintenance, fyi); bartender; database consultant; marketing writer.

Four places you've lived: East Orange, NJ; Manhattan; New Brunswick, NJ; Pittsburgh

Four TV shows you love to watch: Arrested Development, Rome; West Wing; Sopranos.

Four places you've been on vacation: Shelter Island, NY; Ensenada, Mexico; San Francisco; Lake Wysox, PA.

Four websites you visit daily: Bloodless, Zulieka, New York Times, Flagrant (What can I say? I like women in crisis who use words like wind uses the air.)

Four of your favorite foods: tuna sashimi, eggs over easy, cheese, pasta.

Four places you'd rather be: Behind a lectern; at civil plaintiff's table; at criminal defendant's table; in bed with Scarlett Johansson.

I almost put Moon Safari on my list Moon - glad to see you are giving it the respect it deserves.

I now realize I skipped that 4 movies I could watch over and over again part of the quiz, so I'd say - Annie Hall, Manhattan, Kicking and Screaming (that is I could if it was on dvd - won't someone please take care of that?), Blade Runner.
