Your Scholastic Strength Is Deep Thinking |
You are talented at adapting, motivating others, managing resources, and analyzing risk. You should major in: Philosophy Music Theology Art History Foreign language |
Note what isn't on that list. And, I find it interesting that it's also not considered "deep thinking."

Marketing

PhotographyWhat Should You Major In?
Not bad, really, though of course my career too is omitted from the list. That said, I worked for a spell in marketing, I count photography a fairly serious hobby, and had I pursued a Ph.D. it would have been in philosophy of language / mind with a notably cog sci bent.
Posted by: moon at February 25, 2006 09:36 AM | PERMALINKI'm a deep thinker too of course - but didn't I already know that from Myers-Briggs (INTP)?
Posted by: Armand at February 25, 2006 11:05 AM | PERMALINKThe funny thing is, after all these years of surrounding myself with you INTPs, I think you are starting to infect me. My E-ness weakens as I type.
Posted by: binky at February 25, 2006 11:13 AM | PERMALINKI get more E (and somewhat more F) as I get older, but I still score as an INTP.
Posted by: jacflash at February 25, 2006 12:29 PM | PERMALINKOr maybe it's just that working at a university has taught me to hate people. :)
Posted by: binky at February 25, 2006 12:33 PM | PERMALINKYou might be getting less E around university people, and your energy level might be down of late generally - but I think you are still fundamentally an E.
Posted by: Armand at February 25, 2006 02:01 PM | PERMALINKSo you're saying I'm not really an I, I'm just depressed? ;)
