The senator from California wants your help in deciding who she should send campaign funds to. So, go vote.

But there are certainly some extremely competent moderate to conservative Democrats on the list. For example, Chet Edwards and John Spratt are hardly commie-leftists. Both are, in fact, strongly committed to representing their (Republican Red) districts, and people who've worked across party lines. Spratt is generally seen by people on both sides of the aisle as among the smartest members of Congress and someone who's most knowledgeable about policy matters. And Edwards is one of the last of the remaining sort of Leath-Democrats or Stenholm-Democrats - the kind of moderate guys who can effectively bridge differences and get support for policies that probably fit well with what the median American would want on many issues.
