Did you know...

...that Fort Sam Houston has a Howitzer Street?

Does anyone know what the HCSSA is?

"Home and Community Support Services Agency (US Army)" seems most likely, but here are some alternatives.

Yeah, I saw those. But I was wondering what they are, what they do. Googling brings up lots of email addresses. I was thinking maybe they had some health function, because one hit was a doctor's (?) email linked to a health journal article about bacterial vaginosis. Of all things.

It seems to be a Texas-specific term defined as:

A person who provides home health, hospice, or personal assistance services for pay or other consideration in a client's residence, an independent living environment, or another appropriate location.

(If you follow that link, you'll need to scroll way down to item 33.)

If you want to be one, you'll apparently need to get a state-issued license.
