What do you consider to be "good gin" these days? Plymouth? Hendrick's? Sapphire?

All we could find is Sapphire, which is decent but not amazing. Hendricks is nice. Haven't tried Plymouth. I'll look to see if it's at the (monopoly) state-liquor store.

They're getting grouper daily at the fish place. Really nice.

Tanqueray Ten isn't bad, in a Lafite sort of way, and a state place might be more likely to have it than most of these others. Plymouth is interesting -- it's not London Dry-style, it's kind of its own thing. Worth a try if you can find it. Hendrick's didn't rock me.
