Justice Scalia Loves Webster's Dictionary

Oh, and judicial power too of course.

Publius has a review of Scalia's Rapanos opinion here. It's worth a look. It cuts through some of the "complete and total crap", and includes some classic Publius language like "Last I checked, lynch mobs weren’t suppressing the vote of floppy-haired guys named Preston and Dalton." Environmental regulations are an area where the Court would seem poised to lurch to the right (and drag the country with it), so it's best to keep an eye on decisions like this one.
