I think this is another example of how laws that are thought to be designed to prevent "bad things" end up slicing away at free speech. I'll bet, however, and I'm too lazy to go look it up right now, that in the response to this article, someone, somewhere, is saying that this guy's veteran status doesn't count because he's a commie symp. And then they'll talk about Cindy Sheehan.
