You and Art

So here is your "label me" question of the weekend - if you had to pick one piece of art (any genre) that you believe represents who you are (take that however you want - but I'm thinking something along the lines of how you approach the world, your worldview, the way you see the universe and your place in it ...), what piece of art would you choose?

Uh, a Porsche 911 GT2, or if that were unavailable, a Lotus Elise.

It's art to me.

Hmmm - very interesting response. The first thing that comes to mind for me is song "You're My Only Home" by The Magnetic Fields - though a couple of movies seem possibilities as well (perhaps Annie Hall or The Last Days of Disco).

Yeah, a song might do me too, though I'd have to think about it. Certainly I'd pick something not traditionally known as "art" (i.e., something that doesn't hang on a wall).

A sand castle.

Oops, the sand castle was me.

beethoven's sixth symphony (pastoral) -- preferably composed by furtwangler (although i should admit i don't even know for a fact that he ever conducted it -- but if not, he should have) -- stormy and lyric and all over the place but with a sublime order to all of it.

but to be fair, that's only because baltar took my first answer. ;-)
