Undefeated Rutgers just upset (formerly) undefeated Louisville! How high will they rise in the polls now? How high should they rise (doubtless higher than the "tradition"-minded polls will place them, but how high do you think)? In any event - how about that upcoming game between them and WVU? Rice vs. Slaton. Now that should be a game.

That said, a 1 loss team that wins the SEC, the winner of the Cal/USC game and Texas (again presuming all those teams have no more than 1 loss) all deserve to be considered too. And a 1 loss WVU team ... well, that's unlikely - but seems reasonable to consider.
What I do NOT want to see (other than the ever-fluffed Notre Dame, but that should go without saying), is a Michigan/Ohio State rematch. What in the hell would that prove? Either the team that wins game one wins again (shocking!), or the teams go 1-1 and ... I thought the BCS was about providing clarity and a clear #1. Anyway, that game on the 18th should be treated as what it is, a playoff for one spot in the national championship (and all this is of course presuming Michigan gets by Northwestern).
