As to the big game, let me put it this way. We already know Ohio St. can beat Michigan. Florida? We don't know that now do we. So ... maybe it should be a Gators/Buckeyes championship? I'd be a hell of a lot more interested in watching that than a rematch.
Though that said, if Michigan were in the championship then presumable LSU would play USC in the Rose - and that's a bowl game I'd LOVE to see.

It's bad enough that the ACC champ that'll be there is behind us in the rankings - it's just cruel to taunt and get our hopes up that the ACC's automatic slot was rescinded this year.
