Bloodless Coup

i congratulate WVU for a hard-fought game, especially with a sub in at QB (and what a job he did given the circumstances). that said -- and N.B., people who talk sports with me a lot know i hate excessive kvetching about officiating -- i'm sorry but the fumble / TD non-call in the 4th, which as best i could tell in the loudish sports bar i was in was something that seemed as clearly erroneous to the announcers as it did to me, and which could have been reviewed to rutgers all-but-certain benefit if it had been allowed to play out without a whistle, really undermines my degree of satisfaction with an otherwise entertaining excessively exciting game.

anyway, congrats on ruining christmas for rutgers and handing louisville an underserved BCS berth. :-p

Yeah, who wants to go to Houston - or even knew there was such a thing as the "Texas Bowl". Sorry (but not really) Rutgers.
