Posted by: binky at April 18, 2007 03:50 PM | PERMALINKi noticed a smattering of VT paraphernalia around Pittsburgh yesterday. it's a big school with a lot of alumni. i was touched each of the several times i spotted the school colors (which are far too hideous a pairing ever to occur outside the context of school gear, except perhaps on the body of a very rushed, very colorblind person).

Given that WVU and VT have such a big rivalry, I thought it was a nice gesture (even though I am not usually in favor of the spontaneous shrine phenomenon).
