There are other sides to the scandal associated with the firing of the US Attorneys last year. Prominent among them are the gross mismanagement of the Justice Department (by Alberto Gonzalez and Monica Goodling, among others), and the very fishy circumstances surrounding the firing of Carol Lam (was the White House blocking the CIA/Dusty Foggo investigation?).
