I don't agree with Sullivan that this ends McCain's candidacy, because I think those predisposed to him will see in it a browbeating, nattering clique of liberals (notwithstanding that the abortion question came from a Republican), which he withstood roughly but with dignity. Indeed, it could be a net positive for McCain for precisely that reason.
Even so, however, The View has a hell of an audience, and clips from this interview are going to end up everywhere (hopefully in an Obama ad or two).
In any event, it's all well worth watching.
