If he wants to answer a question with a question it'd be better to flat out ask her - "How is increasing competition in the market like the Nazis?" "How is protecting people with preexisting conditions like the Nazis?" "How is helping tens of millions of Americans who don't have health insurance like the Nazis?" Basically I think he could've made her look even worse - so it's too bad he only engaged her for a minute.
