Posted by armand at March 31, 2007 11:25 AM | TrackBack | Posted to The Academyif you must link to that flawed list, you ought to link to Brian Leiter's alternative (and, natch, flawed) rankings if only to remind people that there are alternatives. pitt, for example, registers at 57 in US News, and unsurprisingly is outside Leiter's top 40 for reputation. this is notable, however, inasmuch as Pitt's faculty ranks 28th in Leiter's Scholarly Impact measure.
