I said it wasn't surprising that there were threatening racists around Jena. Given what started this whole thing it indeed IS NOT SURPRISING because people in Jena DID EXACTLY THAT - and are continuing to do it.

Right, you're just grouping together all "people in Jena" while the same day you lauded the French foreign minister for casting aspersions at a question in which he was asked to make "ridiculously broad assertions." So you're grouping together a city of about 3,000 people, casting aspersions by suggesting, "What else should we expect from those kind of people?" You're obviously extending this in a profiling manner because nowhere does the cited article suggest these are the same actual people from the original incident. How are you not making a generalized prejudicial implication about a certain group of people based on their geographical orientation?

You're really making me wonder what post it is that you think you are reading. Where exactly did I say all people in Jena are racists? It's not in my post. And it's not in my comment. Am I saying some are racists? You betcha, as they themselves have demonstrated by these noose incidents. But nowhere have I stated that everyone in Central Louisiana is a racist. I don't get your point at all.

it is interesting to note that Jena's racial composition is way more white-heavy than greater louisiana. for whatever that's worth.
