Obviously a complicated relationship, the this finding of a "monetary-industrial complex" is rather interesting.

IME the Fed is a much more serious and adult-led organization than Drum seems to want to believe.

But sure, "The Fed" as a whole is probably less partisan than Greenspan. That said, I'd expect to see Bernancke kicked out when his term expires.
