Public Service Announcement

I don't know how she got like this. But whatever did it to her, you should avoid drinking/eating/snorting/seeing/reading/smelling/listening to it.

On the other hand, this is awesome in so many ways that scientists haven't invented a number big enough:

I know I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, but who the hell is this person and what sector of society is watching this?

That is Pam Geller of "Atlas Shrugged." I'm not going to link to her; she doesn't deserve it. You can find her pretty easily if you want to. She is, quite possibly, the craziest person on the interwebs. She is somewhat popular among the wingnuts. Not at the level of Malkin, but she gets about 20,000 daily visits (as a point of comparison, we have gotten just over 70,000 visit in the four or five years we've been doing this). She's not trivial, but she is insane.

Well, I had no idea who she was either, and had to hunt around a bit to gauge precisely the degree of her irrelevance. Whatever credibility she might have had can't be improved by this factually challenged fictional rant, or at least by the minute or so of it I could bear to watch.

You should listen to the whole thing; grab a beer and just let it wash over you.

And if you haven't heard of Pam from Atlas Shrugged, you don't know your wingnuts. And I'd phrase it as "degree of relevancy" versus "degree of irrelevancy." She isn't unknown, and she isn't irrelevant (she gets something like a million visitors a year).

I'd say it was the botox, but then again maybe that just exacerbated an underlying organic condition.
